On-site Tape Destruction

If onsite tape destruction is the method of choice,  AES will securely destroy your hard drives or tape media right at your location.  We will send to your site a mobile shredding vehicle with the capability to immediately shred your media into unidentifiable and unusable pieces.  Being that you can see the process in its entirety, you can be sure that before we leave your site, your data has been completely destroyed.  The tape and hard drive destruction takes place in an environmentally acceptable manner and a “Certificate of Tape Destruction” is provided to your company.

Off-site Tape Destruction

If offsite tape degaussing and tape destruction is a better solution for you, AES will pick up the media at your location and securely transport it to our destruction facility.  There, the procedures we have implemented provide for constant security of your data, and also an environmentally acceptable method of tape media destruction.  A “Certificate of Destruction” is provided to your company.
